Establish New Service

New Service (Bring the following into the main office):

Driver’s License or Non-Driver’s License Identification Card, Social Security Card and Birth Certificate.

Renters: Current lease agreement from the Landlord with their: name, address, move in/out dates and a contact phone number(s).
Home/Property Owners: Deeds to the home. (With the deed you must complete a set meter form.)
*Minimum age for service is 19 years old.

Cost of Service (Fees below will include any old bills the customer may owe):

New Service Fee (Non-Refundable):

Residential: $150.00
Commercial: $250.00*
*Commercial renters with 10 or more properties – $50.00 per account

Reconnect Service

Non-Pay: All balances must be paid in full including a service fee.
Next Day Service Fee
(The next business day after all balances are cleared): $60.00
Same Day Service Fee (Priority): $80.00

Transfer of Service:

Bring new and Drivers License or Non-Driver License Identification, Social Security Card and Birth Certificate.
Must pay entire bill at the previous address, plus Account Origination Fee.

Disconnect of Service:

Bring into the office, mail or fax a copy of customer identification, request to disconnect service, account number or service address to be disconnected, date to disconnect, forwarding address for deposit and final bill. There is a fee for same day disconnect only.

Customers please note that your service can be DISCONNECTED for non-payment of an account over 30 days! Service can be interrupted for: return check, illegal service connections (jumpers) or fraud.
